The Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organization Global Council, Sri Lanka, successfully conducted a vibrant program on November 30, 2024, to commemorate Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s 99th Advent Year celebrations. Attended by over 150 devotees, the event featured an inspiring address by Sri B.S. Shivanandan, an ardent devotee of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba since 1969. Shri Shivanandan, an IT engineer and musician, served as Samithi President of the Sai Center in Bahrain for 10 years, led the Computer Centre at Prasanthi Nilayam, Whitefield, and Ananthapur campuses from 1989 to 1993, and currently serves as President of the Sathya Sai Centre, Colombo.
The program also included a cultural dance performance, a soulful musical recital, and concluded with bhajans, the symbolic Oonjal ceremony, and the Mangala Arathi.🌹
