අපි උතුම් වූ රාම නවාමි උත්සවය සැමරීමට සුදානම් වෙමින් සිටිමු. මේ උතුම් අවස්ථාවේ අප අපගේ හදවත සහ නිවස සුදානම් කර ගත යුත්තේ කෙසේද යන්න භගවාන් සමිඳුන් විස්තර කරති.
ඔබගේ හදවත රාමාගේ දෙවොලයි, එනිසා හදවතේ ස්ථාපිත ශ්රී රාම නිරතුරුව මතකයට නගා ගන්න. ශ්රී රාම ඔබ සමග, ඔබ තුළ, ඔබ අවට, ඔබ අවදියෙන් සිටිනා විට පමණක් නොව ස්වප්නමය හා තද නින්දේදී පවා නිරන්තරයෙන්ම වැඩ වාසය කරති. රාම දෙවිඳුන් එක් ස්වරූපයකට සීමා නොවේ, ඔබ දකින අනේකාකාර ස්වරූපයන් ශ්රී රාම දෙවියන්ම වේ. එනිසා ඔබට හමුවන සියල්ලන් හට ගෞරව කරන්න. අද දින ඔබ ස්වාමි කෙරෙහි ප්රශංසා සහිතව වන්දනය කරන්නේ රාම හා ක්රිෂ්ණ දෙවිඳුන් විවිසින් ප්රකාශිත සනාතන ධර්මයන් වන ධර්ම, ප්රේම, ශානිතිය, ස්වාමිගේ ප්රතිමුර්තිය වන නිසාය. ඔබ තුළද ශ්රී රාම විභව වේ යන සත්යයෙහි පිටා නිරතුරුව රාම නාමය සජ්ජායනය කරමින් දිවි ගෙවන්න. එවිට ඔබ සදාතනික ආනන්දය අත් දකීවි.

As we approach the most auspicious Sri Rama Navami festival, how should we prepare our hearts and homes? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today.
Your heart is the temple of Rama. Constantly contemplate on Rama who is immanent in your heart. Rama is there with you, in you, around you not only in your waking state but also in the dream and deep sleep state. He is eternally with you. Rama is not limited to a particular form. He assumes innumerable forms. Though the forms are many, Divinity in them is one. Therefore, whomsoever you see, offer your salutations to him, considering him as the form of Rama. Now Swami is being extolled as Sai Rama and Sai Krishna as He embodies the same principles of Dharma(righteousness), Prema (love) and Shanti (peace) which Lord Rama and Lord Krishna had personified. Rama is immanent in everyone; Easwara is present in all; Rama is within you. In fact, you yourself are Rama. Establish this truth in your heart firmly and spend your time profitably. Then your life will be filled with everlasting bliss. Constantly recite the name of Rama.

உங்கள் இதயமே இராமனது ஆலயமாகும். உங்கள் இதயத்தில் குடிகொண்டுள்ள இராமனைத் தொடர்ந்து தியானம் செய்யுங்கள். உங்களது விழிப்பு நிலையில் மட்டுமின்றி, கனவிலும், ஆழ்ந்த உறக்க நிலையிலும், உங்களுடன், உங்களுள், உங்களைச் சுற்றியும் இராமன் இருக்கின்றான். அவன் என்றென்றும் உங்களுடனேயே இருக்கிறான். இராமன் என்பவன் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட ரூபத்திற்கு மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்டவன் அல்லன். அவன் எண்ணிலடங்கா ரூபங்களை தரித்தவன். ரூபங்கள் பலவாக இருந்தாலும் அவற்றில் உள்ள தெய்வத்துவம் ஒன்றே. ஆதலால், யாரைக் கண்டாலும் அவரை இராமனின் ரூபமாகக் கருதி நமஸ்காரம் செய்யுங்கள். இராமனும் கிருஷ்ணனும் தர்மம், ப்ரேமை, சாந்தி ஆகிய தத்துவங்களின் திருவடிவாகத் திகழ்ந்தது போன்றே இப்போது ஸ்வாமியும் அதே திருவடிவைக் கொண்டிருப்பதால் சாயிராமனாகவும் சாயிகிருஷ்ணனாகவும் போற்றப்படுகின்றார். இராமன் அனைவருள்ளும் உறைகின்றான்; ஈஸ்வரன் அனைத்திலும் இருக்கின்றான்; உங்களுள் இராமன் இருக்கின்றான். உண்மையில், நீங்களே இராமன். இந்த உண்மையை உங்கள் இதயத்தில் திடமாக நிலைநிறுத்தி, உங்கள் காலத்தைப் பயனுள்ள வகையில் கழியுங்கள். அப்போது உங்கள் வாழ்வு நித்ய ஆனந்தத்தால் நிறைந்திருக்கும். இராம நாமத்தை இடையறாது பாராயணம் செய்யுங்கள்.
