සත්සන්ග් නොනොත් සාධු ජනයාගේ සංගමයේ වැදගත් කම කුමක්ද හා එවන් සංගමයන් වඩාත් උතුම් බවට පත් කරගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්නත් භගවාන් සමිඳුන් අද දින අපට පැහැදිළි කර දෙති.
සත්සන්ග් යනු දෙවියන් සත්-චිත්-ආනන්ද ලෙස පුදන කල ඔබට අවබෝධ වන සත්යයයි. සත් යනු සදාතනික පැවැත්ම හා බැඳෙන න්යායයයි. එය විශ්වයේ මූලික සත්යයයි. ඔබ තුළම පවත්නා සත්යය සමග අනුගත වන්න. මේ නිරපේක්ෂක සත්යය මත මිනිසා මනස ඇසුරින් අත් දකින මායා ලෝකය පවතී. මනස ජනනය කරන මේ මායාව ආලෝකය වසන් කරයි. ඔබ ඔබ තුළම පවත්නා සත් යන නිරපේක්ෂක සත්යය සමග අනුගත වන්න. එවිට ආලෝකය ඔබ වෙත පැමිණෙනු ඇත, අඳුර පලා යයි, ඥානයේ හිරු උදා වේ. මහ පොලව ගැඹුරේ නොසිඳෙන ජල ප්රමාණයක් තිබුණද කැණීමේදී ගලක් තිබුණහොත් ජලය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා වඩ වඩාත් ගැඹුරට කැණිය යුතු වේ. සුමට පස් තිබේ නම් කැණීම පහසුවී ඉක්මනින් ජලය ලබා ගත හැක. ඔබගේ හදවත සුමට කරගන්න. එවිට සාධනා තුලින් ලැබෙන ප්රතිඵලය ඉක්මන් වේ. සුමුදු කථා වල යෙදෙන්න, මිහිරි බවින් යුතුව කථා කරන්න, දෙවියන් ගැනම කථා කරන්න. කරුණාව හා අනුන්ගේ හැඟීම් වටහා ගැනීම වර්ධනය කර ගන්න, දුගී බවේ, රෝගී බවේ, හා අසහනයේ වේදනාව වටහා ගන්න. අනුන් සමග සැප මෙන්ම දුකද බෙදා ගන්න. මෙයයි සාධනා සඵල කර ගැනීමේ හා හදවත සුමට කර ගැනීමේ මාර්ගය.

What is the importance of Sat-sang? For those blessed to be in Satsang, how should we leverage it? Bhagawan points out today the path to achieve success in sadhana.
Satsang means meeting the ‘Sat’, the ‘Sat’ which is spoken of while extolling God as Sat-chit-ananda. ‘Sat’ is the Existence Principle, the ‘Is’ that is the basic truth of the Universe.
Align with the Truth, the ‘Sat’ in you, the Satya (Reality) on which the Mitya (false) is imposed by minds that do not see light. By dwelling in that Sat, the flame is lit, light dawns, darkness flees and Jnana Bhaskara (the Sun of Wisdom) rises.
When there is hard rock below, you have to bore deeper for tapping the underground perennial pure water. The softer the subterranean soil, the quicker the success. Make your heart soft; then, success is quick in sadhana.
Talk soft, talk sweet, talk only of God – that is the process of softening the subsoil. Develop compassion and empathy; engage in service, understand the agony of poverty, disease, distress and despair; and share both tears and cheers with others. That is the way to soften the heart, and help sadhana to succeed.

இறைவன் ‘சத்-சித்-ஆனந்த’ ஸ்வரூபம் என்று துதிக்கப்படுகிறான்; அந்த ‘சத்’ உடன் சேர்ந்திருப்பதே சத்சங்கம் என்று பொருள்படும். ‘சத்’ என்பது மெய்யிருப்பு, பிரபஞ்சத்தின் ஆதார தத்துவமாக ‘இருப்பதைக்’ குறிப்பதாகும். உங்களிடமுள்ள அந்த ‘சத்’ எனும் சத்தியத்துடன் இணைந்திருங்கள்; அந்த சத்தியம் மீதுதான் ‘மித்யை’ அதாவது பொய்மையின் தோற்றத்தை அறியாமையில் உழலும் மனங்கள் உருவாக்குகின்றன. அந்த ‘சத்’தையே ஆழ்ந்து நினைந்திருப்பதால், நம்முள் ஒளியேற்றப்பட்டு இருள் விலகி ஞான சூரியன் உதயமாகிறான். நிலத்தடியில் உள்ள வற்றாத தூயநீரைப் பெறுவதற்கு கிணறு வெட்டும்போது கடினமான பாறை தட்டுப்பட்டால் அதற்கு மேலும் ஆழமாகத் தோண்ட வேண்டும். ஆனால் நிலத்தடி மண் மென்மையாக இருக்கும்பட்சத்தில் விரைவில் வெற்றி கிட்டும். அதைப்போல, உங்கள் இதயத்தை மென்மையாக்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; பின்னர் ஆன்மிக சாதனையில் விரைவில் வெற்றி கிட்டும். இதமாகப் பேசுங்கள், இனிமையாகப் பேசுங்கள், இறைவனைப் பற்றி மட்டுமே பேசுங்கள் – அதுவே, இதயத்தை மென்மையாக்கும் முறையாகும். பரிவையும் பச்சாதாபத்தையும் வளர்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; சேவையில் ஈடுபட்டு, வறுமை, நோய், வேதனை, மனக்கசப்பு ஆகியவற்றின் கடுந்துயரைப் புரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்; சுகம் துக்கம் என்றஇரண்டையும் மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். அதுவே இதயத்தை மென்மையாக்கி, ஆன்மிக சாதனையில் வெற்றிபெற உதவும் வழியாகும்.
