වැඩිහිටියන් හෝ ගුරුවරු වන අප සරල උපදෙසක් තුළ දිවි ගෙවමින් එම උපදේශය ලෝක වාසී තරුණයින් වෙතද ලබා දිය යුතු වේ. මේ සරල උපදේශය කුමක්දැයි භගවාන් සමිඳුන් මෙසේ පැහැදිළි කරති.
“එක්ව වාසය කරන්න, එකිනෙකාට ගෞරව කරන්න, ඔබ තුළ ජනනය වන පිරිසිදු ප්රේම ප්රවාහය ද්වේශය සහ තරහව නිසා විනාශ නොකරන්න.” මේ උපදේශය පුරාණයේ විසූ ඍෂි වරුන් ළමුනට උගැන්වූහ. ඔවුන්ගේ පාඩම් අතර වූ තවත් උපදෙසක් නම්, “ඒකීය බව, දිව්යත්වය, හා දානය ප්රථම ආශ්වාසයේ සිට අවසන් හුස්ම දක්වා තම සිතිවිලි, වචන හා ක්රියාවන් තුළ පවත්වා ගන්න” යන්නයි. ගුරුවරු මෙම උපදේශයන් අපිරිසිදු හා වෙනස් නොකර තම සිසුවන් හට ප්රදානය කරන්නේ නම් දේශයේ අනාගතය ප්රභාස්වර වනු ඇත. ගුරුවරුන් තමන්ගේ අධ්යාත්මික කාර්යය වන අධ්යාපනය ලබා දීම වෙනත් භෞතික හෝ පුද්ගලික හේතු මත පැහැර නොහැරිය යුතු වේ. දුෂ්කරතා සහ බාධක මධ්යයේ වුවද නිහඬව ඉහත කී ලෙස තම කාර්යය ඉටු කරනා ගුරුවරයා හට දිව්ය ආශිර්වාදය හා අනුග්රහය ප්රදානය වේ. එමෙන්ම සමාජයද එවන් ගුරුවරුනට ගෞරවය පුද කරයි.

What is the simple message that all of us as teachers and elders should live and share with the youth of the world? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.
‘Live together, revere each other; let not the seeds of envy and hate grow and choke the clear stream of Love,’ is the prayer that the ancient seers have taught the children. Their teaching has been: Unity Divinity Charity – in thought, word and deed, from the first breath to the last! When teachers transmit this heritage, in an unspoilt and undiminished manner to the children, the future of the land is assured to be glorious. Teachers should not trot out excuses, based on material considerations, to shirk or by-pass their essentially spiritual task of ‘education’. They must bear trials and tribulations, with calm content, and do their work even more efficiently, so that God will reward them, and society will learn to revere them all the more! The world honours the man who suffers gladly, far more than the one who enjoys shamefacedly!

‘கூடி வாழ்வோம், ஒருவரையொருவர் மதிப்போம்; பொறாமை மற்றும் வெறுப்பின் விதைகள் முளைத்து, தெள்ளிய அன்பின் ஓடை அடைபடுவதைத் தடுப்போம்” என்பதே பண்டைய ரிஷிகள் குழந்தைகளுக்குப் போதித்த பிரார்த்தனை. முதல் மூச்சிலிருந்து இறுதி வரை சிந்தனை, சொல் மற்றும் செயலில் Unity Divinity Charity – ஒற்றுமை, தெய்வீகம், அறம் ஆகியவை இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே அவர்களுடைய போதனையாகும்! ஆசிரியர்கள் இந்தப் பாரம்பரியத்தை குன்றாமல், குறையாமல் குழந்தைகளுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லும்போது, நாட்டின் எதிர்காலம் மகத்துவமிக்கதாக இருக்கும். ஆசிரியர்கள் பொருளைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, தங்கள் ஆன்மிகப் பணியான ‘கல்வி’யை சாக்குப்போக்கு சொல்லி தட்டிக் கழிக்கவோ ஒதுக்கவோ கூடாது. அவர்கள் சோதனைகளையும் வேதனைகளையும் பொறுமையாகத் தாங்கிக்கொண்டு தங்கள் பணியை மேலும் திறம்படச் செய்ய வேண்டும்; இதனால் இறைவனின் அருளுக்குப் பாத்திரமாக முடியும், சமூகமும் அவர்களை மேலும் மதிப்பதற்குக் கற்றுக் கொள்ளும்! வெட்கமின்றி சுகத்தை அனுபவிப்பவனை விட, மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் துன்பத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்பவனை உலகம் அதிகமாகவே மதிக்கிறது!
