නිර්මාණිත ලෝකයේ පවත්නා මායාමය අකර්ෂණයෙන් නිත්ය ලෙස මිදීම සඳහා අප විසින් කුමක් කළ යුතුද යන්න භගවාන් සමිඳුන් මෙසේ පැහැදිළි කරති.
අප සත්යමය ලෙස නොපවතින දේ අගය කරමින් හා වැළඳ ගනිමින් ජිවත් වේ. එවිට නිත්ය හා සත්ය වන එකම සංකල්පය වන “සත්” මග හැරිම සිදු වේ. මානව වර්ගයා මුහුණ පානා බිය, දුක, හා රෝග වල මුලික හේතුව මේ සත්ය ලෙස නොපවත්නා මායාමය දේ හඹා යාමයි. මේ තත්වයෙන් මිදී නිදහස් වීම සඳහා ඇති ද්වාරය විවෘත කර ගත හැකි යතුර සොයා යන්න. ඒ නාම ජප සාධනාවයි.(මනසේ ඒකාග්රතාව සහිත කම්පන ජනනය කරවන දෙවියන්ගේ නාමය සජ්ජායනය කිරීම සහ දෙවියන්ගේ අසිරිමත් බව නොකඩවා සිහි කිරීමයි). මේ සධනාව ඔබගේ මමත්වය පෝෂණය කරන විෂ ජීවිතය තුළින් ඉවත් කරයි. එසේ වුවද නාම ජප සධනාව ජීවිතයට අවශ්ය දේ බැහැර කිරී නොකරයි.

What can we do to never lose sight of the hollow nature of the world and all the charm that it holds? Bhagawan lovingly explains and guides us on.
Why crave for the non-existent? Why ignore the ‘existent’? That is to say, why ignore the ‘Sat’? It is the search for the unreal that is the root of all the fear, the sorrow, and the sickness of humanity. Learn, while you can, the key which will open the door of escape. Have all around you the curtain of ‘Nama-japam’ (the vibrant, vigilant repetition of the Name of God, and recapitulation of His Glory); then, unhealthy yearnings for self-aggrandisement will not pester and poison you. Nama-japam will not allow you to ignore the essential hollowness of worldly affairs and the essential absurdity of getting too involved in it; you behave as if you are the designer of your destiny; you are only a wave, formed on the breast of the ocean by storm and surge.

இல்லாத ஒன்றிற்காக ஏன் ஏங்க வேண்டும்? ‘இருப்பதை’ ஏன் புறக்கணிக்க வேண்டும்? அதாவது, ‘சத்’தை ஏன் புறக்கணிக்க வேண்டும்? மனிதகுலத்தின் பயம், துக்கம், நோய்கள் அனைத்திற்கும் அடிப்படையான காரணம் மெய்யற்றதைத் தேடுவதேயாகும். உங்களால் இயன்றிடும் போதே வீடுபேற்றுக்கான கதவைத் திறக்கும் சாவியைப் பெறுவது எப்படி என்பதைக் கற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள். உங்களைச் சுற்றி ‘நாம-ஜபம்’ எனும் திரைச்சீலையை வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; பிறகு, சுய செல்வாக்கை வளர்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்ற ஆரோக்கியமற்ற ஏக்கங்கள் உங்களைத் துன்புறுத்தி பாதிக்காது. உலக விஷயங்களில் உள்ள வெறுமையையும், அதில் அதிகமாக ஈடுபடுவது அர்த்தமற்றது என்பதையும் நாம-ஜபம் உங்களுக்கு உணர்த்தாமல் இருக்காது; மேலும் உங்கள் விதியை நீங்களே வடிவமைப்பவர் போல் நடந்து கொள்கிறீர்கள்; ஆனால் புயலாலும் காற்றின் வேகத்தாலும் கடற்பரப்பில் எழும் அலை போன்றவர் தான் நீங்கள் என்பதையும் அது உணர்த்தும்.
