The author was a professor in Marketing Management at a Sri Lankan State University. He also served the Universities of Keel, Manchester Metropolitan, and Cardiff Metropolitan of the United Kingdom as a visiting professor. The Author served as a consultant and a trainer for UNESCO, World Trade Center, and the UNDP, and many private sector companies in Sri Lanka. The author is the Central Coordinator of the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organization, Sri Lanka, affiliated with the Sathya Sai Global Council, Puttaparthy, India.
